Refund & Cancellation Policy

  Effective Date: 7/15/2025 


This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services, consultations, subscriptions, digital products, and memberships offered by Rinoure LLC.

Rinoure is a premium digital education and wellness platform. Because of the nature of our offerings—which include instant-access materials, personalized recommendations, and time-based appointments—certain items are not eligible for refunds. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Digital Products (Non-Refundable)

All digital products—including ebooks, guides, trackers, quizzes, assessments, videos, routines, and downloadable content—are non-refundable.

By purchasing a digital product from Rinoure, you acknowledge that you receive instant access, and therefore:


  • Refunds are not offered
     
  • Exchanges are not offered
     
  • Credit is not offered
     

All sales are final.


2. Virtual Consultations


2.1 Refunds

Refunds are not issued once a consultation has taken place.


2.2 Cancellation Window

To cancel or reschedule your appointment:

  • You must provide at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled time
     
  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged in full
     
  • No-shows are charged in full and cannot be rescheduled without a new booking
     

2.3 Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment canceled or shortened at the consultant’s discretion, with no refund issued.


2.4 Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule within the appropriate timeframe, one complimentary reschedule is allowed. Additional changes may incur a fee.


3. Memberships & Subscriptions

This includes:

  • Foundation System
     
  • Renewal System
     
  • Prestige System
     
  • Any recurring monthly or annual program offered by Rinoure
     

3.1 Billing

By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method.


3.2 Cancellation

You may cancel at any time; however:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 3 business days before your next billing cycle
     
  • Once a payment has processed, refunds are not issued for partial subscription periods
     
  • Access to all membership content ends immediately upon cancellation or failed billing
     

3.3 No Proration

Rinoure does not offer prorated refunds for unused days or partial access.


3.4 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, your membership access is paused until successful payment is received. Rinoure may attempt to reprocess the payment multiple times.


4. Prestige System Sessions

Prestige includes private consults and/or VIP sessions.

  • Missed sessions without 24-hour notice are forfeited
     
  • Sessions do not roll over month-to-month unless explicitly stated
     
  • Refunds are not granted for unused sessions
     

5. Promotional Pricing & Discounts

Discounted or promotional-rate items are final sale.
Refunds cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.


6. Affiliate Purchases

Rinoure may include affiliate links to select products.

  • Purchases made through third-party retailers (e.g., Amazon, Sephora, brand websites) are subject to those retailers’ refund policies
     
  • Rinoure does not process or oversee returns for affiliate-linked products
     
  • Any refund for a third-party item must be requested directly from that retailer
     

7. Policy Abuse & Chargebacks

Rinoure reserves the right to refuse service or terminate membership for users who:

  • initiate false chargebacks
     
  • repeatedly abuse refund/cancellation allowances
     
  • violate community guidelines
     
  • misuse copyrighted content
     

Unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate removal from all Rinoure programs.


8. Exceptions

Rinoure may consider exceptions for duplicate charges or technical errors.
Such exceptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
