1. Use of Website

3. Consultations

By booking a consultation with Rinoure:

• You understand all recommendations are cosmetic and wellness-focused.
   
• Results vary depending on lifestyle, consistency, genetics, and personal factors.
   
• You agree to disclose allergies, sensitivities, or adverse reactions before receiving recommendations.
   
• Consult fees are non-refundable once the session is completed.
   
• Late arrivals beyond 10 minutes may require rescheduling.
   
• No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
   

4. Subscriptions & Membership Access

Rinoure offers subscription services including, but not limited to:

• Foundation System
   
• Renewal System
   
• Prestige System
   

By enrolling:

• You authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method.
   
• Cancellation must be made at least 3 business days before the next billing cycle.
   
• Access to membership content is revoked immediately upon cancellation or failed billing.
   
• Rinoure does not prorate or refund partial subscription periods.
   
• Digital content delivered during the subscription remains non-refundable.
   
• Prestige System users may have additional private sessions; missed sessions are forfeited if not rescheduled within policy limits.
   

5. Digital Products & Instant Access Items

Digital products include:
ebooks, guides, trackers, quizzes, assessments, PDFs, videos, routines, and all downloadable or viewable materials.

Purchasing or downloading grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.

You may not:

• share, resell, distribute, or teach the materials
   
• upload Rinoure content to AI systems for training
   
• use the materials commercially
   
• republish or reproduce any part of the content without written consent
   

All digital products are non-refundable due to instant access.

6. Community Guidelines (Renewal & Prestige)

Some membership tiers include community access.

To maintain a safe, respectful space:

• No harassment, hate speech, bullying, or disruptive behavior
   
• No reposting, recording, screenshotting, or sharing private community content
   
• No spamming or self-promotion
   
• No medical misinformation
   
• Violations may result in immediate removal without refund
   

7. Affiliate Disclosure

Rinoure participates in select affiliate programs.

Some product links on our website, in emails, or inside digital guides may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you.

Rinoure only recommends products that meet our performance and quality standards.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Order Acceptance & Pricing

Rinoure reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or misuse of services.
In the event of cancellation by Rinoure, a refund will be issued promptly.

10. Limitation of Liability

Rinoure LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use—or inability to use—our website, services, or products.

You agree to use the site and all Rinoure recommendations at your own discretion and risk.
